The shop's owner and a friend drove 500 miles to pick up the replacement engine in Texas and drove all night to get it back to the shop this morning so work could begin early today. And he did it for less than it would have cost us based on the IRS per mile cost used to calculate tax deductions. So, I'm hoping the motor home will now have the heart of a true Texan: Cowboy Up and Git 'er Done.

The Big Engine That Couldn't
After 5 years of chug chug chugging us faithfully (for the most part) all over this country, our big engine had to admit defeat and confess "I Can't." Poor broken thing.
Out with the old (right), in with the "new".

Good to hear you will soon be on your way. What is the warranty? 5,000 miles or 5 minutes, which-ever comes first?
We continue to pray for safety on your journey. Phil 4:8 Dan & Ann
Well ... at least it wasn't an accident.
